1How to be a member of Lune Brillante?
It’s easy! Simply go to the profile icon on the right side of the page, click on create an account and input your email address and password. We will send you an email upon registration for verification purposes.
2Can I see the physical items before buying the product?
Yes definitely. You can come down to our store which is located at 531 Upper cross street 03-02 Singapore 050531
3How does the design and installation package work?
We will send you a form to upload your floor plan and we will proceed with the installation once the plan is confirmed.
4Which payment method does LuneBrillante offer?
LuneBrillante accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paylah as payment gateway.
5What should I do if my credit card is refused when placing an order?
Check if your credit card details are all correct upon checking out. If it is refused again, try another credit card. Contact our customer service if it is due to our error, otherwise, we suggest contacting your credit card company to resolve the issue.
6How do I use my discount code?
Simply put copy and paste the code in the “Coupon” section and click “Enter”. The discount will be automatically checkout on the payment page.
Shipping
1What is the lead time for Pre-Order items?
Since it is a pre-order, the shipment lead time will arrive in 2 working weeks at your doorstep.
2Where do I see the shipment tracking?
Go to “profile” and “my purchase”. You can see your shipment status there on the products you have purchased.
3If I want to return my order, how is the refund calculated?
If you want to return your order, you can do it within 30days of receipt as long as it is stated as a refundable item. However, you will be responsible for the shipment fee.
4Can I cancel my order once I have made the purchase?
Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours upon purchasing products.
5Do I get charged for shipping?
Yes, the shipping fee will be charged according to the weight of the items. Unless you reach a minimum purchase amount of $800 to get a free shipping service.
6Do I have a warranty on the products?
Yes. Every product comes with 1 year warranty period.
7What if the items received are defective?
If you receive defective products, you can return the products and we will for sure replace you with a new product and there will be no extra charge incurred.
